I’m sick I had to miss this: guests and local celebrities celebrated the unveiling of the newest luxury high rise to hit the Dallas skyline, and also one of the most anticipated: The Residences at The Stoneleigh in Uptown off Maple.

It's taken a little bit longer to finish the $250 million luxury residential tower, the Residences of the Stoneleigh at the southwest corner of Maple Avenue and Wolf St. behind the hotel, but developer Mehrdad Moayedi says he hopes it was worth the wait.

During the worst of the recession, Uptown’s Stoneleigh condo tower sat unfinished for more than three years, a sad reminder of the economic bust.

Uptown’s newest condo tower will be ready for its first residents this summer.
